It’s used in acid demineralization process before caustic-peroxide bleaches natural celluloze fibre. During peroxide bleaching it blocks metal hydroxcides and unsolved calsium precipitates in water. Stabilizes peroxide because of holding iron ion feature and prevents uncontrollable decomposition. No need to use acid for pH adjustment in acid demineralization process, reduces quantity of metals coming from fibre and bleaching liquor, provides high whiteness effect and repeatable bleaching effect, during peroxide bleaching it damages fibre minimum level. |
