BAY WASH – PRF (REDUCTIVE WASHER)

Nonionic foamless reducive washing material used in dispersion painting.

Perfectly keeps suspended paint remains away and repairs fabric fastness.

BAY WASH – PRF prevents dark designs soiling light colored ground during smooth and dark painted polyester mixtured fabrics and polyester printed fabrics washing.

Faulty painted textile product is corrected because of  BAY WASH – PRF paint dissolving feature.

To strip paint, you can use BAY WASH – PRF with BAY CARRIER for stripping process.

Keeps boiler clear.

Reductive Washing :

0.5-1.0 gr./lt. BAY WASH – PRF

2.0-5.0 gr./lt. Caustic

2.0-3.0 gr./lt. Sodiumhydro Sulfite

Equalising faulty painted fabric:

Prescription 1   1.0-2.0 gr/lt  BAY WASH – PRF

                          Temperature : 130 °C

                          Time : 30 Min.

Prescription 2   1.0-2.0 gr/lt BAY WASH – PRF

                          1.0-2.0 gr/lt  BAY CARRIER

                          Temperature :  130 °C

                          Time : 30 Min.          

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of closed package and keep out from cold and warm.
