BAY ASİT-A (ACID BUFFER DISPERGATOR)

No need to add acid because of buffering paint bath pH at 5 – 5.5 during polyester material painting.

Buffer effect becomes very important during polyester painting in firms who have bicarbonate problem.

Prevents pH variations from bicarbonate existence and possible to paint under control.

Can be used in the same environment in anionic and nonionic surface active materials.

In the beginning of polyester painting process, added in bath instead of acid.

POWERSIT -A  0.5-1  gr./lt 

(This amount keeps bath pH stable at 5.5)

If you need to begin in lower pH value, it can be used until 1.5 gr./lt.

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of closed orginal package and keep out from cold and warm.
