BAY CARRIER – NKS ( CARRIER)

Works as a equalizator to correct defective paints.

Less foam. Suitable for biological disintegration.

It gives superior color depth effect.

During painting process of polyester, wool, cellulose and fibers, it prevents getting dirty.

Directly you can add BAY CARRIER – NKS into paint bath or mix it with hot water in every percentage. Depending on painting temperature and darkness of color you can use 0.5 -4 gr./lt.

BAY DİSPERSOL           1 – 2 gr./lt.

BAY CARRIER – NKS    1 – 2 gr./lt.

Add dispergator in painting bath at 50 – 60 °C

BAY CARRİER - NKS Increase temperature to 98 -130 °C

Process continues for 30 – 60 min. depending on color darkness.

Decrease temperature to 70 – 80 °C and start cooling, after take color sample.

If color is ok empty paint bath.

Color Correction

After taking all finishing materials from product, prepare new bath and increase temperature to 40 – 50 °C.

Time                               45 – 90 Min.

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of closed orginal package and keep out from cool and humidity.
