BAY NOL – SZ (STAIN RIPPER NON-SOLVENT)

BAY NOL-SZ emulsives synthetic and naturel oil that causes stain.

Applicable for all kind of fiber materials.

Good steeping and washing feature.

Easily washes oils on fiber and woven oils which cannot be washed normally.

Makes no foam so it’s used in high turbulenced machines.

Usage Quantity     : 0.8 – 1.5 gr./lt.   

pH                        : 8.0 – 9.0

Temperature         : 60 – 70 °C

Time                     : 20 – 30 Min.

Continuous Process:

Usage Quantity     : 20-35 gr./lt.     

pH                        : 8.0 – 9.0

Temperature         : 30 – 40 °C

Time    : 8 – 12 Hours     

Storage life is 12 months if keep under conditions of closed package and keep out from cold and warm.
