BAY EGAL – EP (POLYESTER EQUALIZATOR)

POWERZOL – EP is a strong dispersion and equalization material. 

It provides correct painting which has dispersion problem. 

Prevents abraj, inside-out difference and color differences of bobin painting, levent, HT painting, closely woven polyesters. No foam. Resistant to high tempertaure. 

Used to correct defective painted textile product.

Perfect result with carrier to dismantle paint.

pH : 5 – 5.5

Temperature : 40 – 50 °C

Usage : 0.25 – 0.5 gr./lt.

We recommend to regulate pH with BAY ASIT.

REDUCTIVE WASHING:

           2 – 5 gr./lt.  Caustic (38 Be)

           2 – 3 gr./lt. Hydrosulfate

           1 gr./lt. BAY EGAL – EP

DEFECTIVE PAINTING:

           1 – 2 gr./lt. BAY EGAL – EP 

130 °C  

30-45 Min.

If you didn’t get desired regularity.

           1 – 2 gr./lt. BAY EGAL – EP

           1 – 2 gr./lt.  BAY CARRIER

           130° C  

30 – 45 Min.
