BAYON – HSR 2 (FASTNESS INCREASER, ION HOLDER AND MULTI PURPOSE DISPERSION)

It takes paint to the bath because of high affinity been hydrolized on reactive paint and holds all paint particles in suspense becuese of dispersion feature.

No foam.

Suitable for HT machines.

When materials in structure compared with conventional washers, more efective results are achieved. 

It ties up ions and keeps them in solution and prevents any kind of collapse.

Quickly and effectively it provides keeping paints away in last bath which has not been fixed.

It destroys negative effects because of tied up Ca and Fe ions in bleaching and paint bath.

Gives effect of equalising material. 

Equalising :  0.2 -0.4 gr./lt.

Reactive Washing :  1 gr./lt.

As Ion Holder :  0.3-0.5 gr./lt.

 * If color is very dark(for %10 prescription), we recommend one more rinsing at 95°.

We recommend method as follows if you use BAYON – HSR 2

1- Cold rinsing or 70° rinsin for 10 minutes.

2- Neutralization with acid at 70° for 10 minutes.

3- BAYON-HSR 2 1 gr./lt.   at   95°  for 15 – 20 minutes

P.S: Input-output pH value must be 6.5 – 7.0 , we recommend 0.5 gr./lt. BAY BUFFER.

4- Rinsing at 50°.

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of orginal package and keep out from cool and humidity.
