BAY WASH – RSC (FASTNESS INCREASER, ION HOLDER AND MULTI PURPOSE DISPERSION)

Used for reactive washing material because of high affinity been hydrolized on reactive paint.

When materials in structure compared with conventional washers, more efective results are achieved. 

You achieve equalise material effect when you use a few.

Reactive Washing : 1 gr./lt.

As Ion Holder : 0.5 - 0.8 gr./lt.

We recommend method as follows if you use 

BAY WASH – RSC After painting bath has been emptied:

1- Cold rinsing or 70 °C rinsing for 10 minutes.

2- Neutralization with acid at 70° for 10 minutes.

3-  BAY WASH – RSC 1 gr./lt.   at   95 °C  for 15 – 20 minutes and then you give fastness to the laboratory.

    P.S: Input – output pH value must be 6.5 – 7.0

we recommend 0.5 gr./lt. BAY BUFFER.

   4- Rinsing at 50° or 80°.

   5- Cold rinsing.

   6- Softening.

   * If color is very dark (for %10 prescription), we recommend one more rinsing at 95 °C.

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of closed orginal package and keep out from cool and humidity.
