BAY DENİM R (DEMINERALIZATION MATERIAL)

It’s used to clean all kind of metal remains on materials like cotton and viscose which is painted with reactive and direct paints.

After putting crude fabric/yarn into machine, firstly a wetting material is given which remains stable in acidic environment. After that temperature is raised to 60° and add BAY DENIM R to the bath. Bath is emptied after it worked with this temperature about 30-40 minutes.

Usage Quantity    : 1 gr./lt.  (This quantity keeps pH stable at 3 – 3.5 value)

Product can be solidified if stays long time under 0 °C. Can be used after heating up to 20 – 25 °. Storage life is 12 months if keep under conditions of closed package and keep out from cold and warm.
