BAY POL – P (POLYMERIC CRACK PREVENTIVE)

Used in polyester, polyamide, polyacrylic, cotton, wool bleaching and painting process.

Compatible with bleaching and optical materials.

Quantity according to fabric type and weight as well as liquor ratio:

0.5 – 2.5 gr./lt. BAY POL – P

Applied quantity dissolves in 30 °C tepid water and added in bath before fabric loading.

BAY POL– P  It’s resistant to Glauber’s Salt until 200 gr./lt. so it’s easily can be used in one bath two level painting processes with PES/CO or PES/CV mixed fabrics disperse/direct or disperse/reactive dyestuff. pH value of the bath is set according to dyestuff group that is used in painting.

BAY POL– P Generally tube stitch is not necessary for wide width heavy materials because of it provides maximum slipperiness. It prevents cracks, line and et cetera deformations on fabric.
