During painting of cotton, viscose, linen based textile products, prevents paint hydrolise while working as a buffer against bicarbonate and keeps painting bath pH stable at 6-6.5 before additon of alcali. Boiler differences have been prevented and colours repeatable maximized. After painting alcali remains in bath during washing process and this causes process getting longer. During soap washing keeping pH stable at 6-6.5 makes washing effect easier and affect fastness in positive way. So We recommend to give buffer to soap bath. During fibre painting like polyester, nylon it keeps pH stable and works as a buffer. |
