BAY SOFT – NY (NONIONIC SOFTENER)

Nonionic softener which gives soft and silky tuch to every kind of product made of naturel and synthetic fibres and does not turn yellow. Compatible with optical materials and bleaching auxiliary materials under normal conditions. Does not turn yellow on white products. Antistatic Feature. You can use it in same bath with acid, direct, reactive and sulphur paints. During winch working, it prevents refraction because of it gives fabric slide feature. Compatible with size, non-wrinkle and water-proof finishing baths. Provide better milling process and prevents refraction in milling machines because of slide feature. Resistant to hard water, not much acidic and basic water. No negative effect to brightness.

Suitable for exhausting and foulard methods. pH: 5 – 5.5 (With acedic acid)

Before BAY SOFT – NY added in bath bath, must be mixed with tepid-warm water and diluted.

Later boiler must be fed by this mixture.

Exhausting Method: 

BAY SOFT – NY must be used in recommended amount at 40-50 °C about 15 – 20 Min.

Foulard Method : 

You must work at 20 – 40 °C  and at %80 – 100 squeeze percentage.

Drying temperature is 130 °C.

Polyacrilic Fibre 3.0-4.0 gr./lt.  

Viscose 1.5-2.0 gr./lt.  

Cotton 3.0-4.0 gr./lt.  

Polyester Polyamid Wool 3.0-4.0 gr./lt.  

Storage life is 1 year if keep under conditions of closed orginal package and keep out from cold and warm.
