Can be added in paint bath during acrylic fibre painting. |
Usage |
Suitable for exhausting and foulard methods. Used succesfully for avivage process and finishing and to soften cotton, wool, silk, acrylic, polyamid, polyester and all naturel-synthetic fibre blends. Acidic environment increases softener’s affinity in fibre, so before process bath must be adjusted at 5 – 5.5 pH value with acedic acid. Before BAY SOFT – KDYC addition in bath, you must mix it and dilute with tepid-warm water and Later boiler must be fed by this mixture.
Exhausting Method: Usage : %2 – 3 pH : 5 – 5.5 with acedic acid Temperature : 40 - 45 °C Time : 20 – 30 Min. It’s dried Dry : 130 °C Foulard Method: pH : 5 – 5.5 with acedic acid Temperature : 20 - 40 °C Squeezing Percentage: %80 - 100 Usage Amount : 20 – 40 gr./lt. Dry : 130 °C
